Raising awareness of the importance and fascinating history of Dennistoun as a designated Conservation Area and to inform residents of their rights and responsibilities when maintaining and improving their homes and gardens.
DENNISTOUN CONSERVATION SOCIETY
Hi everyone
We are celebrating the fact that it is now 180 years since the first building works for what we now know as Dennistoun started in Annfield Place in 1844. Note the change - we have been informed by our Dennistoun expert that we were 10 years out.
CLEAN UPS - Next one is Saturday 5th October. Don't forget we meet before the litter pick in Redmonds for tea or coffee at 11am for a 11.30am start. They don't officially open til 12 noon so they open up especially for us.
Grateful thanks to the Redmonds team.
Do take care and keep well.
